Magix movie edit pro 15 burn problems

I edit our church services using MEP 15. When I burn the disk I can play them on dvd players. However when I try to duplicate dvd's using a duplicator. It gives me errors and wont make copies. Is there anyone that knows about MEP or if it has anything to do with not finalizing? If it were due to the disk not being finalized it wouldnt play in a dvd player would it??

try burning the initial folders you made with ImgBurn

Thanks I will try that if I have any more troubles with it. I updated the software and changed some of the settings on MEP 15 and got it to burn right, Thanks you for your help!

How do I get the file to ImgBurn? Every time I try to send the file somewhere I get the same error message. " I tried to just send it to an external hard drive to try and burn it on my wifes computer and All it says is whatever Im sending it to can not handle that type of file... I'm not a techie, I'm just a novice trying to help out his church. I just cant seem to figure any of this out.
