After I have encoded a DVD to SVCD (using DVDx) when I play them on my TV using my home DVD player during action scenes lines appear on the screen it is not very noticeable and I cant see them when I play it on my PC but it get annoying when watching a film.
Help ... Please

I tried encoding again last night with the Deinterlace filter set to Interpolate this got rid of the motion lines but made the film jerky would it help if I set it to odd or even?

Please help deinterlacing isnt working I dont know what else to try.
Im using Doom9s DVDx only guide if that helps. -
What version of dvdx are you using ? I have tried using version 2, but it does not work well for me, version 1.8 is better.
