i have lots of thing to burn. & i try to find the best combination of files & folders so it will be exact 4.37Gb
So i find myself trying & trying different combinations of files all day long. is there an app for that?

Use an archiving or backup tool (7zip, Macrium Reflect, Toucan etc.) and use the option to split files at the desired size. Most of these apps will have DVDR size as a built in option, and many of the backup utilities will allow you to burn directly to DVD (if you are short of disk space).

And filling the DVDR to the maximum is NOT a good idea. -
well, it is a better solution. thanks.
but the problems here are that somtimes i give it several folders to arrange & it take only several files out of these folders. i need it to arrange the folders as they are to a dvd size, not taking only several files out of folders. i used all 3 options there...
