    I have just bought this for something to keep my brain active and wondered if anyone has a service manual on it or could help with my problem.
    On connecting to power, I just get the two dvd & VHS arrow buttons on front flashing together. The Progressive and Synchro Record lights also flash in sync with the other two. No other button will do anything.
    Any ideas or a look at the manual would be appreciated.

    I am new here and also new to forums so apologies if I've done something I shouldnt or put this in when the answer exists - I did search and came up with zilch for this model.

    I am a retired tv/video/computer engineer so able to sort it - providing parts etc are available.
    I collect Panasonic DVD Recorder and Plasma TV workshop manuals.

    Thats the owner manual unfortunately, which I have. I need the service manual for fault codes etc. Thanks anyway.
