I have a Sony Digital 8 Camcorder. It has a Photo button, but I haven't used it. Is there a way for me to take still images from a video that I've already taken and convert it to JPEG or GIF?

I figured out how to do it with ULead Photo Express 4.0. It has a "Capture Photo from Digital Video Source" in it. It worked great.
