I want to create chapters with DVD Workshop so a remote control and jump back and forth between selected spots on a video. However, am I REQUIRED to make menu items for each chapter?? It seems DVD Workshop won't let me do it unless I make a menu for each chapter button up front, which I don't want to do.
Help?

Try this.
You can make chapters in DVD Workshop by making sure that you're in edit mode and then play your video. You should notice a button with a + on it in the bottom right corner of you video display window.
Play your video and when you come to a point on your video that you want to add for a chapter then just click this button.
Congradulations as you have just now created a chapter point. Just continue to do this until you have all of your chapters selected, then when you are ready, make sure you'e in menu mode and create your menu using the menu wizard.
Good luck and happy authoring.

Those entrypoints only work from a menu in DWShop. In other words, what you've originally requested cannot be done with DVD Workshop because you can't skip forward and backward between entrypoints once the clip is playing.
Unless you have several clips - but those aren't chapters; they're seperate tracks (titles)./\/\ars /\/\ayhem
