I've read about converting to VCD with TMPGEnc but I can't seem to find any info about how to get max picture on my tv. I've got the old Planet of the apes (196which is in very wide screen and I want to be able to see as much as possible on my 32" 16:9 tv. Anyone know how to set that up in TMPGEnc?
