Ok, Here is what I have.
1 Retail Thai DVD (with bad english subtitles)
1 SRT (Good English translation) file for said movie
What I want to do is burn this DVD 1:1 onto a DVDR, replacing the original subtitles (bad english) with the SRT (good english) file.
Is there an easy way to do this?
Thanks.

Questions
1. Is the subtitle from the same edit of the film as the one you have on DVD ?
2. Is it from the same format (i.e. NTSC or PAL) ?
If the answer to either of these is no then you first have to edit the timing of the subtitles to make sure that they will syncronise correctly.
After that you can look at some of the subtitle tutorials that will show you how to put a subtitle into an existing DVD - like this one : https://forum.videohelp.com/topic338721.htmlRead my blog here.
