    Hello all,

    I have a question about AAC audio codec pour mp4.

    AAC-LC ABR 128k
    AAC-LC VBR Q100

    AAC-HE ABR 64k
    AAC-HE CBR 64k

    By "bester" I will assume you mean better quality?

    LC Q100 will like the best quality, but huge filesize

    For most sources, in terms of quality from those choices:

    LC VBR Q100 > LC ABR 128kbps > HE ABR 64kbps > HE CBR 64kbps

    The last 2 might be very similar, depending on the input source.

    The choice might also depend on what your intended target is (e.g. some devices only support LC, not HE, or HEPS)
