Just bought a new flatscreen TV which has an inbuilt DVD player, its the Insignia NS-LTDVD30-09.
Cant play my english DVD's, tells me I have the wrong region code. Does anyone know how to bypass the region code or set the unit up so that it will work on all regions.
Thanks

It probably can't be done. Combo units of any type can almost never be unlocked. Maybe you will be lucky and someone will post a way to do it, but it rarely happens. Anything like a DVD/VCR combo, a home theater system, DVD/TV combos, car DVD players and many portables can rarely be unlocked.
You should understand that DVD players will eventually die and I'm kind of skeptical about an in-built one being able to dissipate heat well enough to last more than a few years. Eventually you're going to have to get a new DVD player anyway, so I recommend to people that they NOT buy ones built into TVs as the TV will probably last years longer than the DVD player will and if you're going to have to buy a new DVD player eventually anyway, you might as well just start with a separate one.
