  1. Hi everyone! I got a very poor resolution picture, after I did
    convert movie from MPEG4 format to VCD . Althought the original is
    look great in resolution. How can I convert it to VCD without losing the
    quality picture. Some one can help! Please, thank you very very much.

    Your always going to lose quality in any conversion, especially when converting divx to vcd. Divx does not make a good source for converting to mpeg1 or mpeg2. Also since divx complies to no standard they are often encoded at resolutions that are very non-standard as far as vcds, svcds, and dvds are concerned. Look at the resolution of your divx file, if it is much lower than 352x240 then its not going look very good as a vcd.

    Post the parameters of your source divx ex: resolution and framerate. To get this info just play the divx in media player and right click and look at its properties. If the framerate is 23.976fps than by all means keep it that way when making your vcd. It complies with the vcd standard and it yields %20 more quality than the more widely used 29.97fps.

    As far as resolution is concerned, well theres not much you can do about that.
