Windows Movie Maker Problem PLZ HELP

Hi im new here, maby i am posting this in the wrong section, if i am im sorry,


ok im having trouble with windows movie maker,
It loads some AVI files and then wont load other AVI files . Send error report just comes up.

can u help me plz.

ive all the latest codecs

Windows Movie Maker = editor = so you are in correct forum.

Could you post the video and audio codec details of the avi files that doesn't work? You can identify an avi with gspot or mediainfo.

Windows Movie Maker may not work with all kind of avi, usually downloaded video with xvid,divx with mp3 or ac3 audio can cause problems.
