    i was wondering which would be the best software to use for dvd guitar instruction videos...i just bought a couple of instruction vid's for guitar and need a player that can easily loop and slow down the vid.....i had an older version of CyberLink Power DVD that came with my PC...........but im not that crazy about it....it glitches and i have to close out and reload....thanks

    VLC Media Player is the first that comes to mind. You can adjust the playback speed on the fly with the keyboard controls and set it to jump back or ahead a set amount. Another player might be Zoom Player Pro, but it's payware. I'm sure there are several others. VLC also has the advantage that it uses it's own codecs and will play just about any format, including DVDs.
