    dear friends,
I have a DVD of 2.5GB and another DVD of 1.5 GB (both r in files with .VOB extension). So I can make a single DVD from these two. I have TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX Authoring as software. But when I tried .... and added the first DVD the size showed almost 3.9 GB.
Hence I couldn't make the DVD.

Plz some one tell me whats happening and show me how I can do so.

    Bye.

Extract an MPEG from each DVD. (Assuming each DVD is just one feature.)
    Eg, with Rejig, VOB2MPG, etc.
    See https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/dvd-to-dvd for other tools.

Then author with the two MPEGs.

  4. This is a bit costly but I use DvdLabs to do stuff like this. Can make a disk the same as a retail release with menus and all. Even commands and stuff like that. The program will only work with .VOB or .MPG files. SO make sure they are in those formats before attempting to work with them in there.
