hi guys. I'm using adobe premiere pro CS3 for doing my adding work. My question is-how to change video quality to movie quality. I mean what kind of filters i should use or maybe something else? I want my videos look not like live video but like video clip or movie. Thanks for your help.

I think you are asking about the movie 'look', not quality. Quality is something you start with and you can't create it. You can, however, lower the contrast, and saturation a bit, if it's on the high side. And maybe add it bit of blur to take the sharp edges off. There is not much you can do with lighting, as that is from the source video.

Also making smooth transitions when editing, keeping the story line flowing, good audio, etc., are all part of it. You should realize that some of the latest movies are shot completely on video, so with the right tools, training, experience and knowledge, you can make a video that is difficult if not impossible to distinguish from a film version.

Here's one guide that may help: http://www.videomaker.com/article/9804/ Do a Google search for ' movie look ' and you should find a few more.

But most all of what you are likely looking for is done during taping the video. Using proper lighting, a steady tripod and good planning are most of what's needed.

    And welcome to our forums.
