Hi there!
I captured an interlaced video at 25 fps with the MJPEG-codec. In VirtualDub it's possible to open an interlaced MJPEG-video non-interlaced, meaning the editable video gets doubled framerate at half of the original height. The two fields from one original picture are simply read as two seperate frames.
Now: Is it also possible the other way round? Can I save a non-interlaced 50 fps video into a 25 fps MJPEG-file, where the two fields are recovered from each two following frames?
Thanks,
Stefan
