I have tuner AVerTV PVR M116 Plus, it has hardware encoding to MPEG2 Conexant CX23416
i can grab video from this card by command:
cat /dev/video0 > myfile.mpg
does anybody knows is it possible to change hardware encoding options? such as bitrate, GOP, framerate?
