Best place to get a Canon Optura XI fixed ...

Hello!

I bought a Canon Optura XI from eBay last year. The warranty is over. I am having two problems. One is that the view finder only works now if I tilt the screen. When I close the LCD screen, the screen stays on and the picture does not come on the view finder. Then second problem happened yesterday and I don't know why. I connected my firewire cable to the computer first and then to the camera but as soon as I did that, the screen went green and then I got the message saying the battery is low and then the camera turned off. After that I am unable to connect the video camera to any of my PCs. The USB and Firewire both are not working now. Can anyone tell me a good place and cheap (not a ripping off place) where I can get this camera fixed. I like this camera a lot but due to these two features not working, it is hard to use it now.

difficulties. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number,
