Can anyone tell me if Flash Drives are all the same speed? I have two drives and they seem to transfer data at different speeds. May be my imagination.

Most likely it isn't your imagination. Do all hard drives transfer at the same speed? Nope. I would expect that the chipset used in the flash drive to impact performance.
I would even expect that the cheaper flash drives are using slower flash memory to reduce cost.
USB2 interface is only one component of throughput.
Having sadi all that I never thought of benchmarking them. -
To add to that: -- USB2 Full Speed or USB2 High Speed? :P
Personally, I like SanDisk and Memorex flash drives. Had a few other brands like PQI and ended up tossing all of them. -
I'm talking about USB2.0, and is SanDisk any faster?. My drives are both no name brands but they do a good job, except one is slightly faster but hardly worth worrying about.

USB Flash drive speed varies similar to SD/Compact Flash Modules.

Thanks, very interesting. The charts show a BIG difference in speeds. I think I'll go for the faster drives from now on.
