Is there a software out there that runs on PC that can give you an accurate running time of the media files. Files being DV, MPEG2. I find that DV files made from Final Cut may be made exactly to the second based on the timeline but when converted to MPEG2 the file ends up with to extra frames. I need a timing tool. Anyone have experience with any?
