hello everyone i just have a dvd tha a borrow from a friend when i put it to play starts ok but after afew second star freezeing i reped it to a avi thinking to breanging back to original and then reauthol ageaing could help me but not i read a couple post about freezing dvd but what ai read is about dvd disk quality i don't think this is may case can anyone can helpme out on this matter becouse is a very centimental dvd.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

use DVDINFO PRO, DVD IDENTIFIER or CD/DVD SPEED to find out the media id for that disc. Freezing usually occurs on a disc because it's low grade dvd media which means it's crap. Find out the media id then post it the results here.

Borrowed what type ? , commercially pressed or home burnt .

Ripped dvd to avi , only to go back to dvd ... strange way of going about it . -
You are not very specific. Does it freeze in DVD player or playing on your computer?
If it will play on your computer, chances are it is a cheep disk.
In that case you do not have to convert, just copy to a good media.
If it will not play on your machine and play on your friends one, than ask him to make you a new copy on good media DVD.
