    Hello,

    I have captured a .mp2 file (basically a .mpg file) using Pinnacle AIW Radeon for creating a DVD.

    But as I do not have a DVD writer, how can I convert the captured file to create a VCD/SVCD.

    You should resize Your material as You do with ripped DVDs
    (See HowTo s about the tools FlaskMPEG with TMPEG or DVD2avi/mpeg/SVCD)
    Or You should create Mini-DVD-R (only some players handle them)
