    Hi guys. Thanks for all the help you have provided me over the past 4 yrs. This site is extremly informative and is a must for anyone doing video editing.

    My question is I have 3 or 4 .vob files that are in resolution 702x480. Does anyone know of a utility that can convert these files to 720x480?

    You could try DVD Patcher and just patch the headers. It is close enough to legal (704 x 480 is compliant) so might get away with it. Other wise you would have to add borders and re-encode

    Try authoring with IFOEDIT . It's author function will ignore compliance and burn to a DVD-RW and see if works. I've convert 480x480 like this and it worked.
