Next Chapter Will Not Work On Movies After FixVTS (Repeats Chapter 2)

The Dilemma:
When backing up certain movies the next chapter button just repeats chapter 2. This has occurred on Talladega Nights and The Pursuit of Happyness. The entire movie backs up fine without error, it is just that when navigating chapter by chapter it will always jump to chapter 2.

The Tools:
RipIt4Me (latest update version 1.7.1.0)
FixVTS (latest update version 1.603)
CyberLink PowerDVD (version 5.0.0.603)

The Scenario:
1. RipIt4Me calls DVDDecrypter and rips the movie to a folder successfully.
2. After this is finished I test the files by playing in PowerDVD. All is well and the chapter button advances the chapters appropriately. However the files are too large to burn to DVD.
3. At this point I would need to shrink the files however DVDShrink errors out on a VOB file. FixVTS corrects this issue.
4. However directly after FixVTS adjusts the files and BEFORE DVDShrink compresses, the chapter button navigation is broken when played through PowerDVD. The next chapter button will only advance to chapter 2 over and over. Obviously DVDShrink compresses successfully but the navigation is still broken.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

This is weird, I have a similar problem with the movie beetlejuice. It plays two chapters twice!
I had got FixVTS to fix the DVD for me but I think it cloned two chapters and added them into the movie! weird.

BTW.. DVDDecryptor rocks!

But does your movie just duplicate a chapter or does it stop advancing past chapter 2 when navigating by the next chapter button? I am certain it is an issue with FixVTS, I don't know of an alternative though.

It keeps advancing, it doesn't play them consecutively so it's weird, ur watching and like 2 chapters later it's the same chapter again although all the chapters are still there. I too blame it on FixVTS, I had no alternative though.
