Hi guys, 2nd post in a few hours but I just came across a problem which is affecting my chances of being able to watch rocky tonight!
I used DIKO to convert the original xvid file, then gui for dvdauthor to make a menu and create the dvd files, a few minutes after doing this i get the error:
**ERROR: [???] Too many frame drops -exiting
I've read a few forums saying something about subtitles, before you sugget this the film has no subtitles and i have no idea what is causing it !
Any help is appreciated, thanks Jim.

Sounds like encoding errors. Try another encoder. Maybe also related to frame rate (PAL<->NTSC) problems.
