I've used the G&G ink before and liked it, but it was so long ago when I bought it, that I don't remember where I got it from. I looked over at abcink.com and saw these:

anyone konw if these are G&G brand? A friend gave me a newer G&G cart and I noticed they got rid of the clip on the backside? Does the affect anything?
Since It's been awhile since I bought generic r200 ink, anyone have suggestions on other generic ink, that they have used and liked?

Don't waste time with G&G inks they fade very quickly, under best conditions, 1 year at most - FOr inks I recommend Jettec inks.

I recently purchased three sets (18 carts) from www.supermediastore.com
for $43 shipped - I thought that was better than most.;/ l ,[____], Its a Jeep thing,

Before buying G&G you should read review sites - Those G&G inks are the ones that fade the fastest as fast as 6 months to a year.
Inks you should avoid, G&G & Q-Ink - Most of the name brand compatible inks tested gave a fairly good output but none are of archival quality like original EPSON or CANON inks. If only EPSON made their own cartridges refillable and sold bulk ink instea dof ripping off people like they do they would make much more money and take back many lost customers to generic ink manufacturers - in the long run EPSON would be a winner.
The fact those original EPSON cartridges are just as expensive as a new printer is a RIP-OFF in itself. -
Meritline.com. Usually they have a coupon code for a big discount from their competitive price.
G&G ink is good enough that HP is suing for violations of their ink patents. Since G&G is in China it is unlikely to interfere with supply. -
Maybe it is good enough in terms of getting close to matching colors compared to the original inks, but it is a fact that they fade quickly - If you are running a business and printing photos or CDs/DVDs you should never use these types of quick fading inks. PC World and other sites ran tests on G&G inks and found that it had poor scores for longevity.

I have no problem with fading, maybe my choice of media to print on differs from PCWorld.
I'm no fan of inkjet printing but I have been impressed with the results.
Like most reviews of technology, subjectivity creeps in, and the controls never approach a scientific study.
If it works for you, that is the best test. -
I still have my good old HP DeskJet 712C, prints amazing colors and quality, it has 42ml of ink, not the dreaded 13ml and 8ml in newer EPSON printers, it is amazing how printer manufacutrers have decreased the size of their ink tanks considerably, yet kept the same high prices for ink.
Anybody ever try Spider Spit ink from colorbat.com ?
I was going to initialy buy bulk ink from printonadime, but given the latest events I will not buy anything from that company -
