to make music videos? I ripped the dvd with DVD Decreyptor, now what do I do ?

Use VOB2MPG and point it to the ripped folder - this will extract the MPEG file(s) out of the VOB file(s). Some people can open MPEG-2 with Windows Movie Maker; I have never been able to - some sort of combination of codecs I assume. My method is to convert to DV-AVI with virtualdub-mpeg2 and then import the DV-AVI into Windows Movie Maker.
If in doubt, Google it.
