Golden Rule #<whatever> : ALWAYS be suspicious of ANY emails claiming to be from Microsoft. Unless you are a specific subscriber (e.g., MSDN, Empower, enrolled in beta programs etc), it is extremely rare that Microsoft would send you an email. Honest.
