hi i have a few divx files that have framerates of 25.061 , 29.965 and some others which dont comply to the 25fps and 29.97fps i try using avisynth but i still get audio out of sync even when i demux the audio to wav and feed the avs and wav file through tmpgenc.
Is there an easy to use program that will either add extra frames or cut some frames out so that video and audio wont be out of sync from these bad framerate files?
    thanks

Vdub can create those odd fps by correcting the fps to help match the audio's play back time .

If there close enough to the required fps value , then you can do the following without problem's .

In vdub , load video , hit ctrl + r , select "source rate adjustment" , then second option , enter fps required .
Set video to direct stream copy .
Set audio to full processing , compression to none , conversion to 44.1khz , 16bit , stereo .

    Save as wav first .
Now under audio , set to none .
Now save as avi (this will only have video) .

Follow this guide to realign audio with video first : https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=322348

The open avi (containing only video)
Then under audio , select wav , and load the new corrected wav file .

Set video to direct stream copy .
Set audio full processing , then compression required .

Save as avi , and it's done .

Bjs thanx for that im fixing framerate right now
though in syncview why do i need to make a adjust2.wav that part seems like the same as the step before it and is it better to set freq to 48khz rather then 44.1khz for a avi file if im going to put it into tmpgenc to create the dvd?

Baldrick my avisynth script looks like this:

    DirectShowSource("movie.avi")
    assumefps(25)
