I have a Sony DVP-CX995V 400 disc DVD player that supports Jacket Picture for labeling the DVDs in the player's menu, etc. Either way, I have followed many methods for making Jacket Pictures.
I have had success only when I make a very simple project with one movie and a menu. But if I copy the same JACKET_P folder to one of my more complex DVDs (eg, multiple VTS, motion menus, etc) I never see the Jacket Picture.
Has anyone run into this before and/or know the solution?

The last set I made I did manually with TMPEG. I've also had success with Pro Extensions with DVD-Lab Pro 1.6. Both I've had work as long as I make a very simple project (or as I should say, won't work on two wedding videos that I'm trying to add them to.)
I can't see why the video content would alter whether or not the jacket picture works. -
I think I have the answer to my own problem. It appears that I've only had success with the jacket pictures when put on +R or +RW media. Who'd have thought that?
So to all Sony DVPCX995V owners out there (400 disc jukebox), use +R/+RW media if you want to do jacket pictures. And don't forget FallenAngel's DVD-Text editor either to write TEXT on the movies.
