    In the image attached is the help section from TMPGEnc that explains the filter.
    I don't understand it very well. Can somebody explain the difference between audio normalization and uniformization?

    One works using the output volume level as a guide, whilst the other works based on the source input level.
    If in doubt, Google it.

    I noticed that, but why would i wanna pick one over the other?
    Which is better? Or does it matter?
    I have about 10 videos and i want them all to be the same volume.
