I've used ffmpegx to create MPEG2 transport streams from raw exported dv files produced from iMovie.
However the .ts files contain VBR video, which doesn't help me. I couldn't find an option to choose a constant bitrate, although I probably just missed something. Is this possible?
Also is it possible to specify the PID values for the components?
Thanks in advance.
