    Hello

I'm not sure which forum this question goes in so I've put it in this one.

I want to keep adding Divx files to a DVD until it becomes full and during that time I want my DVD Divx player to be able to see and play all the files.

At the moment, it can only see the first session. I know this is normal but what I'd like to know is whether there is any way round this.

Are there any DVD Divx players available to buy that can read multisession?
Is there some software that can temporarily finalize a DVD so the player can read them all and then unfinalize(!) it when I want to add more files?
    Any other way?

Thanks for your attention and any advice you can give me.

    Create a folder.
Add the files to it as you acquire/create them.
Burn the contents to an RW each time you add to them.
When you have enough to fill a disc, create a permanent copy of the contents, empty the folder, and start again.

Aletrnatively, use CD-RW for single disc movies until you have enough put aside to justify burning a DVD.
    Read my blog here.

Thanks very much for your advice, it's given me a good idea now of what I can and can't expect.

Actually I've just discovered that the card reader in the player can be used for divx files!

I haven't had the player long but I took it for granted that I could only use the reader to view still images because nearly every other player that I looked at specified it.

    A true bonus!

    Thanks again.
