NERO 7 PREMIUM EDITION PROBLEMS

Right here goes i downloaded crank (excellent film) its an .AVI so i burnt it to the hard drive to convert it to VIDEO_TS and then i burnt those files to a DVD-R. These files work perfectly on my computer no problems. i put it on to disc and put it in my DVD Player and the sound and picture comes on but there is a large clicking when ever the sound is playin i.e speaking or music. Any help would be great cheers

P.S i Have ALL the codecs so its not tht.
