    Hi again
    I have problems with heavily distorted that is colours are all mixed and overlap each others picture whenever I want to convert sections of vob to avi using splitters
    If I use virtualdub MPEG I get synch problems and sporadic freeze of frames
    I have the latest dvix bundle installed but this does not sem to fix the problem either
    Can anyone recommend how I can solve this issue

    What is the origin of the VOBs ?
    Were they ripped from a commercial DVD, or created using some other software ?
    If from a commercial disc, how did you rip them ?
    If not, how did you create them ?
    What "splitters" ?

    I now have tried avi.net and AGK settle for the last as it is more configurable both work well
