    is there a way to add a .amr sound to a .gif animation or do u have to convert .amr to .wav if so what do i use to add the sound to my .gif

    you cant add sounds to gif animations no matter what sound format it is.

    No program can make a gif with sound as ricardouk says. You can make a webpage that contain a gif and with a wav /mp3 audio....but you wont be able to sync them exact.

    Or make a flash animation / video.
