I want to watch digital TV (Freeview) on my PC, are the Leadtek DTV1000 or DTV2000 cards any good? Can't see what the differences are though between the 2.

The 2000 has analogue TV and FM radio, the 1000 doesn't. I've got the DTV1000 and it's a good card, if you want me to upload a sample clip let me know.

Depends where you live, my reception isn't great but it usually picks all the channels up. I'll upload a clip to Rapidshare, give me a few minutes.

Strabge I keep getting this error when trying to download:

    Download-session invalid. Please click here.

    Possible reasons:

    * Download-session expired. Direct-links last a few minutes for free users and a few days for premium-users.
    * You requested this download-session from a different IP than yours. If you use AOL, try a different browser.

No aerial but the indoor ones are shite anyway. Comes with TV card, remote and about 5 discs of software, mostly from Ulead.

Yes, I use the Leadtek software. It doesn't capture the streams as such, it's more like dumping them to your hard drive so whatever comes down the aerial is what you get on the hard drive. You can either record a single channel or what is called a transport stream, this records mutiple channels that are on the same mux.

As for the aerial, it's on the roof. My uncle Vernon put it up for me a few years ago, he did a fine job.
