How big is the BIN file? The CUE is just the 'pointer' to the BIN. If it's ~4GB, it's a DVD, if ~700, it's a CD format. Either way, in Nero, under 'Recorder', select 'Burn Image' and point Nero to the CUE file. That's all your really need to do, along with putting the right media in the burner to burn it to disc.

If Nero doesn't recognize it, you might want to extract the file out with a program like ISOBuster. Then you can do something with it. You can also play most BIN files with VLC media player, if you want to see what it is. Or Daemon Tools can mount it so it acts like a disc and plays.

    And welcome to our forums.

Sounds like there may be something wrong with the BIN/CUE file. You could extract it with ISOBuster. Select 'Extract but Filter only M2F2 Mpeg frames' and you should get just the the MPEG video. At least that's one alternative if you can't burn it directly.

It sounds like a SVCD. I've burned those with a size of 830 MB on a 70 Minute CD. It burns the video without the error checking files that normally take up quite a bit of space on the CD.

No big wonder nothing happens... There should be some text lines in the cue that tells the burner app what and how to burn, along the lines of
    Code:
    FILE "IMAGE.BIN" BINARY
      TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
      INDEX 01 00:00:00
Try getting an app named makecue that is rumored to recreate a missing cue for a bin.

With ISOBuster you want the BIN. As mentioned the CUE is just a few lines of text. Look at it this way, after all this, you will know several ways to do this the next time it comes up.
