    AVI Recomp is what I use. You'll find it in the tools section, to your left.

  3. I forgot to mention the subs I wanna add is .idx/.rar

    which is not supported by what you recommend

    Well without vobsub you aren't left with much since that leaves out AVISynth and VirtualDub. You could use mencoder. Original size and quality is not possible though no matter what method. You could also OCR your vobsub's, that way you get to pick the font, etc.
