I have 2 DVD's. I want to take the audio from DVD-a and match it to the video from DVD-b.

I already de-muxed the audio and have the file I need. How would I go about mixing the new audio to the DVD-b video?

Do I need to convert the DVD-b video to an mpeg (or any editable) format in order to mix the 2 (audio and video) sources? Or can I simply re-mux the video with the new audio?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

If the length of the new audio stream matches the length of the original audio and/or does a suitable job as is, then yes, just demux the target DVD and remux the new audio with it.
    If in doubt, Google it.

VOBEdit. Step 1 in https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=251085 might assist you with the process.
    If in doubt, Google it.
