I have a DIVX that have a fps 24.032 and 640x272 (info from VirtualDub)
(I first extract the sound with VirtualDub, as described here: Http://www.vcdhelp.com/divxtovcd.htm

When I try to convert this (using TMPGEnc), the sound get you of sync, when using NTSC and PAL template.

Is there anyway that a can convert the DIVX to 25 (or 29.970) fps without sound sync ????
