Max Payne Editor program RasMaker

hi guys i have a request ...can anybody tell me where i can get this program or if they can kindly send it to me becuase i know it comes with the Max Payne CD...... I dont have the CD in my presence i have let my cousin borrow the CD ( lives in Canada wont be getting it fer a while ) and i have learned how to edit weapons i would like to make the Desert Egle automatic so if anybody kind enought please send to me or tell me where i can download it..... i have already finished the game and imma try Dead on Arrival difficulty but first i want the Desert Egle to be Automatic
