    Anyone know which is the best hardware mpeg 1 encoder?

    Currently using tempgnc with some success.

    Looking thru the mpeg 1 templates most seem to try and put the longest play on a vcd.

    Any ideas on a template for the highest quality for a 20 minute avi using xvcd format??

    Need them to play on a pc only.
