i did the frameserving but i don't understand why don't i just encode the wav file through cce. And also why does it say to use toolame.exe to encode the wav file. And lastly, why use bbmpeg to multiplex the video and audio files, why not use tmpeg? it looks like it's a lot more complicated than it should be. Anyone know the specific reasons? thank you

It has been said that the sound quality & effectiveness is poor through CCE. That is why it is recommended that an outside audio convertor like toolame be used. I find that to be the case, Besweet/toolame allows for more options when doing the audio than CCE does.
I use BBmpeg simply because it allows you to adjust a/v startup times to correct in sync porblems. It also been stated that the encoding matrices do not get embedded into the mpeg video stream when encoding with CCE. Thus the your dvd player's decoder will not decode in the proper matrix format. With BBmpeg, you can embedd the encoding matrix back into the stream. Im not sure about the validity of that, but I use it just the same.
