    Hi I just got a Philips SAA7130 TV Tuner/Capture care (PCI). I just put the card in my computer, installed the latest drivers, it also came with WinDVR so I installed that. I setup all the settings in WinDVR. The composite mode works fine with like dvd players and video game systems. But I have my cable tv cord hooked up to the TV tuner part in the back of the card. When I try to watch from the TV Source I get no audio or visual? Anyone experience this same problem or anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
