checked out the Discreet Supercharger. Bingo ! Jep that is indeed an encoder card. Woohoo we foudn one !

And guess what ?? its built around exactly the same chip as the Dazzle capture card. So these guys can do this with the chip.

I'm trying to get a hold of pictures of this supercharger card to see if they use other tricks on the board or not.
