Can anyone help in advising of a good programme to use, hopefully all-in-one
for compressing+burning DVD's that are viewable on TV using a TV-DVD player.
I am wanting to copy some videos via my Tv capture card download them to my hard drive and copy to DVD's [to play on the TV]
I also have some slide shows I would also like to copy to DVD.
I have had a lot of trouble with Windows movie maker which freezes every time I try to save a slideshow. Ive tried all different things in the 'save movie settings' nothing seems to work, perhaps the best option here is to try a different programmes.
I would eally welcome any ideas.
Thanks Lea

You would get more help if you actually showed you did some research before just asking for it all on a platter. There is a good search function here, there are guides, there is a good list of tools that can be searched by conversion or output type. Spend a little time looking first, try a few things out, then ask specific questions.
For what it's worth, I don't believe there is a good all-in-one solution if you care at all about the quality of the output.Read my blog here.
