Pls, advice me a sw for making photo albums for Video CD

I am looking for a program which let me to make photo albums on my VideoCD, with backgound music and inserted text like commentary.

I tried to do the same thing it is very difficult to find a good product. Best I have found is Ulead DVD Picture show, very easy to use, does brilliant job, menus are great, picture quality for VCD is superb, you can put many slideshows of upto 99 slides each on a VCD, can put soundtracks on the slideshows, and the menus.

Only drawback, can't add text to the slideshow. It is extremely rare to find VCD software that adds captions to pictures.

I intend to get around this by adding the text to the pictures with photoshop and then making slideshows with these pictures. A bt time consuming but should work. Other than that and the fact that Ulead do not appear to provide any technical support for their products at all, it is a great product.
