  1. Well, i am using CCE and linking the file to be encoded to the frameserved file from adobe premier. I have the encode options set to 1 pass CBR and am generating m2v files for vid and mp2 for audio. Everything goes just fine on the 1 pass encode, and the audio is also output just fine. However, when open ImagoMPEG-Muxer and select the video file, it see's it as 29.9 opposed to 23.9 even though in cce i specified 23.9 ntsc film. Perhaps this multiplexer just doesnt do the job, but if thats the case tmpgenc's doesnt work right either. It does the same thing. And when the file is output to one .vob or .mpg the video is chopped up and the audio skips 4 frames or so. Any suggestions?

CCE outputs 23.976 with 2:3 pulldown, so some applications will see it as 23.976, some will identify it has pulldown, and some will see it as 29.976. G-Spot (latest beta) will tell you the truth about your file.

As gunslinger posted, the file is meant to be seen & treated as 29.976 -- that's the way it will play, so everything you want to do with it at this point fixes on that fps.

You shouldn't see prob with the video being "chopped up" or audio skipping, so might want to post more detailed info.
