Can someone give me all of the links to where i can download all the binaries and other software i need to convert real media?

ok i think i have everything i need... wen i try to encode a 5 sec test clip with these settings



it says finished but wen i open it all i see is a white screen without picture or sound

and my progress information says this:

Nothing is wrong. It looks like it encoded successfully to an AVI file.
